Default New mode for Hero: Spike mode

I love to play with hero in PvE and I have an idea about a new mode for hero.

As everyone knows now we can use Shift+click at heros' skill bar to disable that skill. My idea is add more option like "Use this skill after Party Leader call target" and may be we can make the delay time 1-2-3 secs.

Example If you select [S2] on the skill let's say Lightning Orb, Mr. Zhed will use Lightning Orb only after you call target in 2 seconds sound fun ?

I think this option won't effect PvP much bcos Heroes are not good at kitting and they can't do body block, relic run, flag run.

Alot harder to implement, as theres an infinite number of possible IFs for your THEN commands to be, depending on how you play each of your heroes.

Imagine how much coding to allow every player to have a IF something happens THEN do this, even if only 1 of these instructions on every single hero.

Seems like a bit much to me, /not sign.

Not worth it really.

Spiking mobs in PvE doesn't work, since only mobs worth spiking have either too much health, or heal themselves too fast.

Spiking in PvP is designed around dealing just barely enough damage to overpower health + one infuse, so around 800+ damage. Anything less, and the target lives.

Now consider mobs in PvE. They have healers with godly reflexes and unlimited energy, bosses which have severe damage reduction and large ammounts of health.

At the same time, put single backfire on a caster, and they'll kill themselves in 2 seconds.

So this just isn't worth the hassle. Especially since all useful spikes require a sequence of skills executed in precise order or within very strict time limits.

If you want a spike group then don't use heros...

No they don't... They have infinite energy yes. But there reactions are pathetic. You can easily kill some AI Monks without them ever bothering to try and cast a spell.

And yes it does work... i've spiked down several Margonite casters with 3 rangers.

It exists actually. There is a "Lock target" command that heroes have. Just lock their target on all of them, then activate skills manually.

If you mean a totally different behavior though I don't think it's needed. Some PvP strategies don't work at all in PvE overall.
